This is not a consumer product. This is for professionals only. If you order this tube, you need it for any kind of business-related topic (something you don't need to explain any further). This tube is not for private use. No tube-rolling. If you buy a tube at Koschuh, it comes in a heatshrink-foil, with the pins still accessible for quality inspection. This is the guarantee that the tube wasn't used by anybody else since it was tested, pictured and put in the storage container. All of my tubes come from vintage professional equipment (like measuring devices, medical and scientific equipment, professional radio equipment). They are tested on a computerized tube tester and that's it. No Audio, no HiFi, no tube rolling. Each tube is carefully stored if OK, and immediately destroyed if faulty. I don't sell shady tubes. Only the best tubes are pictured, stored, and will go directly to your house once you hit the button.  Please handle this tube with care. Prevent it from rolling from your desk. Tubes are operating under very High Voltages.Do not change the tube while operating or under voltage. Completely unplug the unit before you open it up, even unplug the speakers. Circuits may still be under voltage, even if the unit is unplugged since a very long time (days and weeks). Measure the voltages and the capacitors if necessary. Do no touch the circuit, neither the pins, nor the sockets. Do not open up any kind of electrical equipment, unless you are a qualified technician. Do not touch the tube, unless it has cooled down and it is safe to do so. Tubes might get very hot under operation. Remove the shrink foil of the tube only if the tube is not damaged, the getter material is still shiny like a mirror, and with the filament intact (poke around with an ohmmeter). If the tubes passed your inhouse QC, and anything seems right, you can now remove the shrink foil. Do not use the tube with shrink foil on. Follow and observe the correct heater and bias voltages, or it will drasticly lower the lifespan of the tube (unprecise filament voltage is the main reason why cheap amps constantly need new tubes). Only use this tube with proper, vintage equipment, or well designed circuits. The writing on the tube will come off if you touch the tube, that's normal, and can be easiy prevented. Handle with gloves, and touch it at the tip only. Do not open. Don't bend the pins. Don't wash the tube. Do not use the tube if the glass is broken, or if the shiny getter material became white like a powder. Do not wash or clean any kind of electron tube. Don't mess with tubes. Just don't. And keep them away from children. Small pieces that can be swollowed. Don't eat. Let's get serious again: Tubes that went broken during shipping (this never happened in 20 years) can be easily returned, as long as the tube wasn't used in your setup, and has the plastic shrink foil still on. To be clear: You are a professional buyer and therefor you accept my 'no returns policy' on tubes. Unless there is clearly something wrong with the tube, I don't accept returns, espacially upon personal taste (i.e. 'this tube has too much clarity for me', 'it has too much bass', 'I thought it will improve my setup by x points', and so on). This is why I don't sell to end-users. Other than that, you are welcome to enjoy the mature sound of a mature tube. And if there was any technical issue, just let me know, and I will sort it out for you. Since noise can have many sources, I wanna atleast get the chance to verify myself that it's the tube. Wenn Sie eine Röhren bei uns kaufen ist diese garantiert frei von Tube-Rolling. Alle meine Röhren kommen aus wissenschaftlichen / kommerziellen Mess- und Funkgeräten, wurden bei uns computergestützt ausgemessen, bestmöglich fotografiert, eingelagert falls ok (und sofort entsorgt falls nicht ok). Sie hat garantiert nie zuvor einen Kunden gesehen. Dies ist kein Verbraucher-Produkt, es ist nicht für Konsumenten geeignet! Wenn Sie diese Röhre bestellen, dann tun Sie das ausschließlich nur für einen gewerblichen Zweck, den Sie mir aber nicht näher erklären müssen. Ein Röhrentausch darf nur durch geschultes Fachpersonal, unter Einhaltung aller gesetzlichen Vorschriften und technischen Sicherheitsvorkehrungen, erfolgen. Röhren arbeiten unter sehr hoher Spannung. Seien Sie besonders vorsichtig. Wechseln Sie die Röhre nicht unter Spannung, und nicht wenn das Gerät eingesteckt ist. Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker des Geräts komplett aus der Steckdose und trennen Sie den Lautsprecher. Messen Sie die Spannungen falls erforderlich. Die Schaltkreise im Gerät können noch unter Spannung stehen, selbst wenn das Gerät schon lange Zeit (tagelang/wochenlang) vom Stromnetz getrennt ist. Berühren Sie weder die Schaltkreise, noch die Kontaktstifte, noch die Buchsen. Öffnen Sie keine elektrischen Geräte, es sei denn Sie sind gesetzlich qualifiziert. Röhren können im Betrieb sehr heiß werden. Entfernen Sie die Schutzfolie unserer Röhre nur dann, wenn die Röhre unbeschädigt ist, das Getter noch Spiegel-glänzend ist, und die Heizung nicht gebrochen ist (durchpiepsen). Wenn alles OK ist können Sie die Folie entfernen. Beachten Sie die korrekten Heiz- und Betriebsspannungen, da sich sonst die Lebensdauer der Röhre drastisch verkürzt (falsche Arbeitspunkte und unpräzise Heizspannungen sind der Hauptgrund warum Sie ständig neue Röhren für ihren China-Kracher brauchen). Verwenden Sie diese Röhre nur mit alten oder klug designten Geräten. Die Beschriftung auf der Röhre kann sich beim Berühren der Röhre lösen, das ist normal. Fassen Sie die Röhre nur mit Handschuhen an, und nur an der Spitze. Den Glaskörper nicht öffnen. Verbiegen Sie die Stifte nicht. Waschen Sie die Röhre nicht. Verwenden Sie die Röhre nicht mehr, falls das Glas gerbrochen ist, oder das glänzende Gettermaterial puderweiß geworden ist. Falls jemals eine Röhre beschädigt ankommt (in 20 Jahren ist das noch kein einziges Mal passiert) dann nehme ich sie selbstverständlich auch zurück, aber nur wenn die Plastik-Schutzfolie noch drauf ist, die Röhre also noch nicht verwendet wurde. In allen anderen Fällen gilt: Kein Umtausch. Keine Rücknahme. Keine Gewährleistung (weil Verbrauchsmaterial). Aber wenn mit der Röhre sonst irgendetwas nicht stimmt, dann senden Sie diese bitte gleich nach dem Erhalt zur technischen Überprüfung an mich zurück. Störgeräusche in den Lautsprechern können viele Gründe haben, vom Sockel, über Kondensatoren, bis zu 100 anderen Bauteilen in Ihrem Verstärker. Ist die Röhre das Problem, sende ich Ihnen einen Ersatz den Sie gemeinsam mit mir aussuchen, oder ich erstatte den Kaufbetrag. Ich bin seit 20 Jahren im Business und habe bis jetzt nur glückliche Kunden.
